This information was compiled directly out of the Waco MLS as of December 3, 2020.
The market showed steady growth when compared to November of 2019 and lost a bit of steam when compared to the previous month of October 2020. Historically, we expect to see this as the market typically takes a “wait and see” posture prior to a national election.
