Tanya Murphy, aka “Sweet T” to her five grandchildren, brings a massive amount of life and professional experience to the process of buying and selling real estate. A Baylor alumni and mother of three Baylor graduates, she knows the Waco and Baylor markets from firsthand experience.  Living in large cities in and outside of Texas has given her opportunities to see life from many vantage points. 

Tanya brings two decades of interior design experience including building, designing and remodeling dozens of homes. Her real-life expertise is an added bonus for both buyers and sellers as she can see beyond “what is” to “what could be” in a home. With all of that on her résumé, what can’t be measured is her desire to serve and care for her clients in the buying and selling process.
